Redesigned the WordPress site that aims to highlight the agency’s unique value proposition and impressive case studies. Created a new branding with a solid story concept.

The Challenge:

…und dos Santos GmbH is a Berlin based management consulting agency focusing on business transformation through digital innovations. However, its home page lacks clear signposting to emphasize their focus areas and unique selling proposition. For example, visitors could not grasp any crucial information about the company in the hero section of the website when it had no headline nor CTA button provided.  

The lack of consistency in their design undermined the potential, since the agency works on many projects with a wide range of clients and has a good deal of case study to share. Therefore, the web design style guide needs to be updated. This involved redefining type scale, brand color palette etc. in order to enhance the user flow.

The Solution

Incorporate Storytelling in web design

A solid story concept is created - a metaphorical journey to the “Innovation Space”. From the takeoff, space flight, reaching the moon to returning home, …und dos Santos GmbH is a reliable partner to fuel the spaceship with new creative ideas, explore new paths and possibilities, reach success and give client continual support to allow completion of the mission.

Style Guide Creation

New visuals, type scale and brand color palette are defined and created to ensure brand consistency.

New UX Design

Focus on having a deep understanding of website visitors and finding out their needs, I re-prioritised the information and designed a new wireframe in order to improve website functionality and visitors’ satisfaction.

Iterate the Design, Test the Prototype

I did a lot of testing especially with a focus on the hero section performance. Different images are copies are being tested to find out which design would have the highest user sessions and page views.

The Results:

  • A redesigned sitemap drastically improved user experience

  • Revamped content and visuals makes it easy to find and understand the agencys’ products and services

  • Multiple conversion options on each website service page (including a form on most bottom-level pages) make it easy for users to reach the bottom of the Inbound Funnel as soon as they’re ready
